This is why our advice process remains dynamic so you always get the best advice and solution based on what’s happening around us.  Remortgaging on a regular basis can be the best way to ensure the overall cost of your mortgage over the longer term is kept low as possible. And we are here to help keep that process flowing as smoothly as possible. Whether that means staying with same lender or a different lender, it’s what is in your best interests.  Even if we stay with the same lender, we may have exclusive access to products not available directly to you!

So let’s do some of the legwork now so that we can have a running jump at the remortgage when the time is right.

Without the pressures of a estate agent or vendors that you may have experienced when you bought the property, we can plan in advance and suit the timings.  Of course you may be getting calls from your lender or other agents as they vie for your business.  But we have long term relationships with our clients and will always strive to get the best solution at all times for our clients.  As we offer a whole of market proposition, if they can get a particular product, why can’t we?  And we may even better it as we have a better understanding of your needs and situation.

As we know how lenders work, we will not carry out a credit check at this stage. We will confirm your mortgage capability at this moment and only undertake a credit check as part of the full mortgage application process with the most suitable lender once we have decided on the way forward.  However we do always suggest you download a credit report from agencies such as Equifax or Experian to get an accurate picture of what is held on you whenever you are considering on making a mortgage application.
