You may refer a client to us as they need to raise monies.  Depending on the type of law you may practice, this could be to help your client raise monies for matters such as divorce, taxes, commercial needs, property purchase maybe a  buy-out or a host of other reasons.

By us being able to help your client, not only may they achieve their objectives, but that may help generate additional revenue for you.  Not to mention the goodwill.

Accountants

Does your client need to raise monies for a new house or a commercial purchase? Do they require monies for other reasons?  By us being able to help your client, not only may they achieve their objectives, but they may need you to undertake their accounts on a more urgent basis.  Again this may generate additional income for you.

Architects / Construction

Does your client need to raise monies for a new house or a commercial purchase? Do they require funds to undertake a large renovation or development project that you are looking to Project Manage for a fee?  By us being able to help your client, not only may they achieve their objectives, but that may enable you to secure a lucrative project, which otherwise may not happen.

In all cases we will do the legwork and keep you updated as per the clients wishes so you can provide any additional assistance they may require or request.
