Calculators – So how much can I borrow?

Max Mortgages have provided some basic calculators to help with the various aspects of buying your property.  All lenders have differing criteria and one of our mortgage advisors will be able to guide you to what is your realistic borrowing capacity and provide you with a borrowing certificate, without undertaking any credit checks.  Factors such as income, deductions, age, dependants, other commitments, VISA status and type of property are just some of the factors to be borne in mind.  All applications are subject to a full affordability assessment and underwriting.
