So our knowledge is not limited to a certain group of buyers.  This is especially important to sellers as you would want to maximise the number of ‘qualified’ buyers. We have no favourites or preferences, its about trying to determine as many buyers as possible who can complete the purchase transaction.  Sometimes the case may be complicated, but nevertheless possible.  The more validated buyers you have, the more offers you are likely to entertain and thus achieve the desired price or more!  And if the buyer in our opinion is not in the desired financial position, then we will relay our reservations to you soon rather than later.  We are not lazy advisors!  We have all heard the saying ‘even a monkey can ride a bike in a straight line’, but we also care about the corners!

As lack of finance approval is a significant factor in a purchase collapsing, many of our existing customers encourage their buyers to use us.  With the confidence and trust they have in us, they would prefer to entertain an offer from a buyer using us rather than an unknown entity.
